Invoicing Clients

Draft, send, and settle invoices — clients pay by whatever method you agree on.

Workspaces on a paid plan (or in trial) can invoice clients directly from the app.

Create an invoice

Invoices → New Invoice. Fill in the client's name and email, the currency, and at least one line item. Linking a booking prefills a line item with the service, pet, and agreed price.

Useful fields:

  • Due date — shown on the invoice and in the email.
  • Payment instructions — how the client pays you: bank transfer details, cash on collection, or anything you accept.
  • Your business details — printed in the invoice's From block. PetAmigo reuses the most recent entry, so you type it once.

Send it

Send to client emails the invoice with a link to a public page where the client can read it — no login needed. Only the workspace owner can create, send, or settle invoices; staff members see the invoice list read-only.

Getting paid

Payments are arranged directly between you and your client — PetAmigo tracks the invoice so you always know what's owed; it never touches your clients' money. When payment lands, mark the invoice paid. Resend the email link any time while it's outstanding.

Statuses

  • Draft — editable and deletable.
  • Sent — emailed to the client. Can be resent, marked paid, or cancelled.
  • Paid — settled. Kept for your records.
  • Cancelled — voided. Kept for your records.
