Getting Started
Set up your account, your workspace, and your first pet profile in about five minutes.
PetAmigo is pet care software with a client portal built in. Businesses — sitters, groomers, dog walkers, daycares — run bookings, visit logs, and invoicing in a workspace. Pet owners get a free Circle account to follow their pets' care.
Pick the right account
- Pet owner — sign up free. You get a personal Circle where you manage pet profiles, send care requests to businesses, and read visit updates.
- Business — create a workspace when you sign up (or later from the account switcher). Workspaces hold team members, client links, bookings, and invoices. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
Your first ten minutes
- Create a pet profile — Home → Pets → New pet. Name and animal type are required; photo, dietary rules, medical notes, and vet contact are all optional.
- Invite a client (businesses) — from your workspace Pets page, choose "Invite a Client" and enter their email. They get a link to create a free account and share their pet's profile with you.
- Book a visit — Home → Bookings → "Book Client Slot" (businesses) or "Create Care Request" (pet owners). Pick the pet, the workspace, dates, and service type.
- Approve and run the visit — the receiving side approves the request. During the visit, the caregiver logs feeding, walks, medication, and photos.
